DBW log.1.png
If i hold TP just off the 0% position i have this fault and its seems if i try to move TP further it does not react.

Hi can someone please take a look at log snip and relay any thoughts on how to rectify.
Thanks

Do you have any logging you can share? It appears from what I can see that is is not a throttle servo issue, but a throttle pedal issue.

In your first log snip, apart from the offset needing recalibrating, there looks to be a lot of oscillations in the signal, particularly on the tracking signal.

These oscillations will cause the throttle to jitter, as it is trying to track the pedal request.

Hi Nathan thanks for the reply
My Motec dealer who has been very helpful had some time to look at it this morning , he sorted it out with some Voltage filtering in the pedal

Thank you

Hi, I thought I should post an update to the DBW tracking fault for future reference.
After adjusting the voltage filtering we thought it solved the problem but it did not,
in the end it was adjusting the PID setting in the Throttle Servo. That was the fix.
