THE BASICS

Technical Support and After Sales Service describe the various ways MoTeC technical support team can help you with any specific questions on your applications.
The various Webinars provide an excellent start for new customers to get to know MoTeC products and a useful refresher for more experienced customers that may uncover software features they weren’t aware of before.
Seminars are presented by expert MoTeC personnel and are carefully structured to maximise the benefit for all participants, no matter what their application.
General questions are answered in the FAQs, while all MoTeC product acronyms and some often used automotive abbreviations are explained in the Glossary.

AFTER SALES SERVICE

We recommend you discuss your questions in detail with an authorised MoTeC dealer to get the best advice for your application. Each authorised MoTeC dealer is highly competent and qualified to advise, install and tune MoTeC products and provide ongoing customer support.
