Motorsport Marketing Intern

Company Description

MoTeC Europe Ltd is a subsidiary of MoTeC Pty Ltd, which is now a part of the Bosch Group. We operate across Europe in the service areas of motorsports, off-highway, marine and e-mobility (EV/HEV).

Our dynamic team develops customised electronic solutions for racing cars, motorcycles and commercial vehicles, as well as for industrial vehicles and watercraft, based on innovative, high-tech products from MoTeC. We provide technical support to our Dealer network, motorsport categories and direct to end users. We welcome applications from a range of candidates but please note that we require the successful candidate to have the right to work in the UK and Schengen Area countries from day one.

Job Description

As a Motorsport Marketing Intern within the team, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Assist with market and competitor research, utilising information available via social media, Expos, Dealer Networks, Customers, and first hand observations in the field.
  • Support MoTeC campaigns, brand activations and events, such as Expos, Trade Shows and Product launches, liaising with stakeholders and suppliers to coordinate deliverables.
  • Assist Dealers with MoTeC-based content, promotional activities, brand activations and marketing collateral.
  • Aid content creation and communications on marketing materials, repurposing content, social media, and reporting to management.
  • Further our digital marketing program by supporting website developments, new product releases, event promotion, and reporting on lessons learnt.
  • Data collection and report generation, for marketing and BD strategy support.
  • Support administrative operations and wider team activities by maintaining calendars, organising EU specific media, and liaising with HQ.

Qualifications

Essential Skills:

Qualifications: Currently studying a Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g. CRM software, email marketing platforms, content management systems, social media management tools).
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, and marketing analytics.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Creativity and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively, independently and as part of a team.
  • Confidence to engage with other professionals to build and nurture customer/Dealer/supplier relationships.
  • High level of attention to detail for written pieces, creative details, and quality control.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to take initiative.

Preferred candidate will also have:

  • Active passion for motorsport/tuning/performance vehicles.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within Europe at short notice.
  • Valid driving license.

Additional Information

This is a 12-month internship beginning in July 2026. This position is open to undergraduates or Masters students who are required to partake in a work placement as part of their course.

Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team.

You must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your placement and for the full duration of your placement. Please note your placement must be directly relevant to your course to comply with visa requirements.
