MoTeC’s new Plug-in MCM112 ECU Kit is a complete replacement for the factory ECU on numerous Mercury outboard engines, such as the Supercharged 450R/500R and naturally aspirated V8 and V6 models. (V6 currently in development.)

Importantly, the kit includes a knock sensor and knock control system, offering a significant advantage over the factory ECU.

Impressive power gains during testing

By simply switching out the original ECU on a stock Mercury 450R with a MoTeC ECU, we recorded an additional 137 HP.
The power gains increased significantly with an aftermarket Supercharger kit resulting in 199 HP over stock.
In our most recent test, we added nitrous on top of the supercharger kit and recorded an additional 120 HP, bringing us to a total of more than 300 HP above stock.
